Shipping Notices

• Processing Time
  We’re a small, family owned and operated company. We don’t outsource warehousing and fulfillment; we do all our packing and shipping in house and carefully prepare each package to ensure the delicate contents arrive to our customers without shipping damage. While we do our best to ship orders promptly, we can’t compete with the ultra-fast shipping times of big online retailers. We normally process one or two batches of shipments per week. This means that, unless otherwise noted at the top of our shop or in the product listings, orders are typically processed and shipped 2–7 business days from the order date. Please take this into account when selecting your shipping service. For example, if you select a shipping service with an estimated delivery of 2–3 business days, expect 2–7 additional business days prior to shipment.


• Free U.S. Shipping
  If you select the Free U.S. Shipping option for your order, it’s likely your package will be sent via USPS Media Mail or USPS Ground Advantage. Estimated transit time for these services within the contiguous U.S. is 2–8 business days or 2–5 business days, respectively, from the date the package is accepted by USPS.


• Possibility of Carrier Delays
  After a package is accepted by the carrier, we cannot influence the delivery date. That said, if an expedited shipment is delayed while in the carrier’s possession, we will do our very best to assist you, to communicate with the carrier, and to ensure delivery.
